Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor Transactions
The Firm specializes in pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy/reorganization advice, planning, administration and special litigation representing trustees, creditors, and debtors, as well as state court receiverships, complex foreclosures, and creditor-debtor business transactions.
